My photography journey began in the Ozarks, where I was born and raised. Surrounded by the beauty of this region, I gained an appreciation for the wonders of nature. My love of the outdoors soon found its way into my photography, as I tried to capture the landscapes that surrounded me.

In search of new experiences and fresh inspiration, I traveled all over the US and abroad doing destination wedding and elopement photography with my wife, Jessica, beside me. Ready to settle down a little bit to start a family, we spent three transformative years living on Maui.

While we are grateful for our time spent in Hawaii, we were missing family, friends, and the good ole Ozarks. We returned to southwest Missouri as a family of three in 2024. Reuniting with the places and people that first sparked my love for photography has filled me with renewed inspiration.
